Join us at the Carolina Horser Park on Saturday, November 18th for a presentation of Falconry & Birds of Prey, Hawks, Owls and Vultures!Session A: 10:00am-12:00pm
Session B: 1:00pm-3:00am
Learn about the history of falconry (the oldest hunting sport known to man), the physiology of birds of prey, and the environmental importance of these incredible animals. This is a chance to have an intimate encounter with multiple species of bird of prey. See the birds fly and interact with us plus have the chance to hold a bird of prey. Enjoy a photo taken with you and one of the raptors as well.
Registration and ticket sales are open. Tickets are free to Friends of the Park and $25 for other participants. This is an event for all ages over 6 and will fill up rapidly. Pre-purchased tickets only - no sales at the door. No tickets will be mailed to guests. There will be a guest list at the event for entry. Those with reservations will find their tickets held at the door.
