The Mews is located at 280 NW Broad Street.
As Southern Pines looks forward to spring, 10 Painted Ponies are ready to frolic through town! Enjoy the excitement and awe of the Painted Ponies Art Walk as they line Broad Street from February 8th to April 2nd.
The Painted Ponies Art Walk & Auction is a public art display of 10 almost 5-foot tall fiberglass sculptures. Artists from the area are donating their time and talent to turn each pony into an exquisite work of art. Local businesses have sponsored the ponies and they will be displayed in 10 locations along Broad Street. Grab a cup of coffee and enjoy a stroll through town to view the Painted Ponies! Take your picture with your favorite Painted Pony and share it on social media with #PaintedPoniesCHP to introduce friends and family to the newest attraction in our region.
On April 2nd, the ponies will be removed from Broad Street. There will be a public auction on Saturday, April 4 where residents can place their bids on these one-of-kind sculptures and possibly take a pony home!
Register to reserve your spot at the Painted Ponies Auction. There is no fee for attending. The Auction will be held at Big Sky Farm, 390 Tremont Place, Southern Pines from 1:00-4:00pm.
