In order to preserve, improve and maintain the land we currently have, we must rely on regular annual support. Unlike most other not-for-profit organizations, which receive a substantial part of their income from the general public or the government, CHP earns 90% of its operating costs, yet that still leaves us short of what we need to ensure long term sustainability. While we are fortunate to require just 10% of our budget to come from gifts, that shortfall means we still cannot do this without you. 

By making a tax-deductible donation to the Carolina Horse Park, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization you are directly supporting the land preservation, equine safety and education and the economic growth of our community.

Giving Options

• Annual Gifts: Your tax-deductible gift will go directly toward supporting our mission and vision. These gifts may be donated in a lump sum or over a four to five year period.

• Monthly Gifts: These gifts provide an ongoing and consistent income stream for CHP. No gift is too small!

• Memorial Gifts: A great way to honor the special equine, special people or special events in your life.

• Planned Gifts: The following methods provide tax advantages for you and your family and provide various ways you can make a special, long-term gift to the Carolina Horse Park. You may make a bequest to CHP through a will or living trust, establish a gift such as a charitable remainder trust or name CHP the beneficiary of a new or existing life insurance policy. CHP welcomes confidential inquiries to discuss potential giving options.
